Deposits, Cancellations and Rescheduling
PICNIC HAMPERS
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your hampers in my diary, with the remaining balance due 4 weeks prior to your date.
Where your booking is less than 4 weeks, full payment of your hampers is due.
CELEBRATION & ELOPEMENT CAKES
A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your cake in my diary, with the remaining balance due 4 weeks prior to your date.
Where your booking is less than 4 weeks, full payment of your cake is due.
WEDDING CAKES
A £100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your cake in my diary, with the remaining balance due 6 weeks prior to your date.
Where your booking is less than 6 weeks, full payment of your cake is due.

PICNIC HAMPERS
The full payment is non-refundable if it is cancelled within the 4 week period.
CELEBRATION & ELOPEMENT CAKES
The full payment is non-refundable if it is cancelled within the 4 week period.
WEDDING CAKES
The full payment is non-refundable if it is cancelled within the 6 week period.
If you cancel your wedding cake order six months or more before your wedding date, I will provide a voucher to the value of any sum paid in excess of the deposit value, which may be used against another single order purchase within one year. This excludes the deposit payment and is subject to diary availability only.
RESCHEDULING

CELEBRATION, ELOPEMENT CAKES AND PICNIC HAMPERS
If you wish to reschedule your celebration cake / elopement cake / picnic hampers, I will try to accommodate your new date, but if I am unable to do so, your payments are not refundable.

WEDDING CAKES
Deposits/additional payments are not refundable. If you reschedule your wedding, I will try to accommodate your new date, but if I am unable to do so, your payments are not refundable.
If you reschedule your wedding cake order six months or more before the wedding date, I will provide a voucher to the value of any sum paid in excess of the deposit value. This may be used against another single order purchase within 12 months. This excludes the deposit payment and is subject to availability in my diary only.

WEDDING CAKE STAND DEPOSITS
£25.00 per stand with a £50 holding deposit (Total: £70)
£50.00 is refundable on safe return of each stand.
